Discovery is the essence of the session. Finding courage to explore your intuition, story, sensations, and inner dialog is key to unlocking the alignment to your authentic self and to help reach whatever goal is arising for you.

My role is to listen on a deep level and encourage thought by asking questions. I will always ask permission and check in to see what conscious tools are comfortable for you to explore. I’m here to support and partner with you to successfully navigate your growth and transitions.

We will dive into inquisitive discussion and exploration to help integrate knowledge from a mind, body, and spirit spectrum. I may offer exploration exercises through talking, writing, moving, imagining, guided meditation, and roll play.

It is purely your choice to choose what you want the focus to be about. You are ready and willing to make adjustments to move into alignment and commit to change. Also, to voice your truth in what tools feel comfortable for you to explore in our sessions together. With an open heart and curiosity, you can discover your strengths, challenges, and options to be at your best, feel whole, and witness your work here shift into your reality.
